Ryan Phillips first fell in love with acting as a member of his high school’s Thespian Society and

Comedy Sportz improv team. Graduating in 2011 as a performance major from the Cal State

Long Beach theatre department, he then moved up to LA and has since built a resume of

several television, commercial, and voiceover credits. He first joined Buzzworks in 2015 after

being cast in The Exit Interview and was subsequently invited to join the company as a board

member. He then helped select and acted in their follow-up production, Sex by Mae West, in

2018. Ryan is so grateful to be part of the Buzzworks family and for the opportunity to create

work out of a pure love of the stage.
